Yes. Once you verify your phone number as a new member, you get a free 10-minute trial, once per person. After that, usage is billed hourly against your account balance.
Billed by the hour. The first hour is charged on activation, then each additional full hour. A partial hour is rounded up to a full hour, with no refund for unused time.
Purchased amounts can only be used to rent compute and aren't refundable on request. If a payment failed or you were charged in error due to a system issue, contact us — see our Purchase & Usage Policy for details.
Data is kept free for 2 hours after the lease ends for download. You can pay to extend retention beyond that; unclaimed data is automatically and permanently deleted afterward.
You get SSH access details on activation, plus Jupyter / Web Terminal in your browser — no extra software needed.
Yes. Personal or company invoices (company invoices need a Taiwan tax ID), issued by 網絡商數科技有限公司 (Tax ID 80264051).
Currently only Cathay United Bank credit card purchases; usage is then deducted hourly from your account balance. First-time purchases get a discount.
