Billing rules

• Billed by the hour. The first hour is charged on activation, then each additional full hour.
• A partial hour is rounded up to a full hour, no refund for unused time.
• Prepaid balance: you'll be warned before your balance runs low; the lease ends automatically and the machine is released when it hits zero.
• New members get a free 10-minute trial (once per person).
• Data is kept free for 2 hours after the lease ends for download; longer retention is available for a daily fee.
