- Usage logs during a lease: start/end times, billed hours, GPU utilization telemetry
- Cookies and similar technology recording preferences (language, login state, trusted devices)
2. How we use your data
- Providing the service: activating and managing your rented compute, billing, sending usage notices
- Identity verification: confirming your identity via email/SMS codes to prevent account takeover
- Customer support: answering questions, resolving billing issues, providing technical support
- Service improvement: analyzing usage to improve pricing and system reliability
- Legal compliance: meeting tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations
3. Sharing with third parties
We don't share your personal data with third parties except:
- Payment processing: Cathay United Bank (card acquiring)
- SMS delivery: Mitake (verification code SMS)
- Accounting & tax: our accounting firm (invoicing and tax filing)
- Legal requirements: when compelled by a competent authority or court order
All third-party partners agree to the same data-protection standards and use your data only for the stated purpose.
4. Retention periods
- Orders and invoices: kept at least 5 years per the Business Accounting Act
- Account data: kept until you request deletion
- Lease usage data: kept for 2 hours after a lease ends (or longer if you pay to extend retention), then automatically deleted
- Site browsing logs: aggregated into statistics within 30 days; individual records are anonymized

This site uses only essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your language and trusted devices — no ad-tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but login may stop working properly.
6. Your rights
