Welcome to iGPU.tw (網絡商數科技有限公司), an online GPU compute rental service. By browsing https://igpu.tw or using this service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance and changes
Before using this service, you confirm you have full legal capacity and have read these terms. iGPU.tw may revise these terms at any time; revisions will be posted here, and continued use after posting means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree, please stop using the service.
2. Service description
iGPU.tw provides:
- Hourly-billed GPU/compute rental, including SSH and Jupyter / Web Terminal access
- A 10-minute free trial for new members (once per person, phone verification required)
- A prepaid account balance funded by online credit-card purchases
- Post-lease data retention for a limited period for download
This is a rental service — no hardware ownership is ever transferred.
3. Account and identity verification
iGPU.tw uses passwordless, code-based login. New members must verify a phone number via SMS to create an account; an email must also be verified before it can be used to log in or receive notices. You must provide accurate, complete information; if false information causes iGPU.tw to be unable to provide the service or causes loss, iGPU.tw may terminate service and pursue recovery.
You're responsible for securing your login devices and verification channels (phone, email). iGPU.tw is not liable for losses caused by your failure to keep these secure.
4. Acceptable use
While using this service, you must comply with Taiwan and applicable international law. You may not use rented compute to:
- Engage in illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or infringe others' rights
- Attack, scan, or intrude on third-party systems or networks (including DDoS or unauthorized penetration testing)
- Distribute malware, spam, or otherwise abuse network resources
- Scrape this site at scale with automated tools or attempt to bypass access controls
- Impersonate someone else to register or use this service
Violations may result in immediate lease termination, service suspension, forfeiture of remaining balance (where unlawful use is involved), and legal action; amounts already charged are not refunded.
5. Intellectual property
Text, images, trademarks, design, software, and code on this site belong to iGPU.tw (網絡商數科技有限公司) or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and related law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly transmit any site content, or reverse-engineer the software behind this service, without written permission.
Any data, model outputs, or code you produce on rented compute belong to you — iGPU.tw claims no rights over them and does not access or use your lease's data content (telemetry data excepted; see our Privacy Policy).
6. Billing and lease formation
Detailed billing, purchase, and refund rules are in our Purchase & Usage Policy, which forms part of these terms. In brief:
- A lease begins when you activate a spec and your account balance covers the charge
- Billing is hourly; a partial hour is rounded up to a full hour, and charged amounts are not refunded
- A zero balance automatically ends the lease and releases the machine; data is handled per our retention policy
7. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. For interruptions due to maintenance, power/network outages, or force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, etc.), we'll try to notify you in advance and adjust billing where appropriate, but assume no further liability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGPU.tw is not liable for: any loss arising from programs, models, or data you run on rented compute; or indirect losses from third-party service changes. Our liability for any single dispute is capped at the amount actually paid for that lease.
9. Termination
iGPU.tw may suspend or terminate any part of the service at any time. For serious violations of these terms, we may terminate your service without prior notice and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute related to this service are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
11. Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Purchase & Usage Policy, form the entire agreement between you and iGPU.tw. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
